I joined an African violet club! It's about 200 miles "down the road" so I don't get to go very often, but I sure have made some nice friends. We have a web site so be sure you take a look. Lakes Area Violet Growers Their Spring African Violet Show was terrific! There's great pictures and lots of great information. We also have a FAQ (still small but I'm sure it will grow with time) with the most common questions from their shows. Information on chimera (pronounced ki-{long i}-meer-a) propagation, making terrarium planters for shows, hybridizing, plus a great page on leaf and blossom identification.
